Sausage Au Gratin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 oz. smoked sausage links (8), sliced
1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
8 oz. Cheez Whiz
1 c. sour cream
2 tsp. dry parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. salt
6 medium potatoes, cooked and sliced
Preparation

In small mixing bowl, beat cheese spread and sour cream until smooth.
Add onion, parsley and salt.
Fold sauce and sausage into potatoes.
Turn into 1 1/2-quart casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
