"Veggie" Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 cans crescent rolls (2 makes thick crust)
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. light, soft cream cheese
    2 envelopes dry Ranch dressing
    fresh veggies
    cheese
Preparation
    Spray pizza pan with Pam.
    Spread crescent rolls evenly, blending edges together to form 1 crust.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes (until it begins to brown).
    Cool.
