Better Blender Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 2/3 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
    1/2 c. boiling water
    1 pkg. kosher lemon gelatin
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 c. cottage cheese
    1 (9 oz.) container frozen whipped topping
Preparation
    Combine cracker crumbs and butter; mix well.
    Press into bottom of pan.
    Set aside.
