Crab Rangoon(Hors D'Oeuvres For 4 To 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. won ton wraps (from produce section)
    3 green onions
    8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese (softened)
    4 oz. crab meat (canned)
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 oz. heavy cream
    dash of salt and pepper
    1 tsp. sherry (optional)
    peanut oil (for frying)
Preparation
    Thoroughly mix together.
    Fill and wrap according to directions on won ton wrapper.
    Fry for 2 to 3 minutes or until browned, as desired.
