Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. canned creamed corn
2/3 c. cracker or bread crumbs (Ritz or Hi Ho best)
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. minced onion
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Beat eggs and add milk and crumbs.
Add corn, onion, seasoning and melted butter.
Mix well and pour into greased 2-quart casserole dish.
Bake 40 minutes.
