Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. long grain rice
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    1/3 c. tomato sauce
    2 c. water
Preparation
    In frying pan brown rice in oil until rice is golden brown, stirring until done.
    In saucepan add 2 cups water, bouillon cubes, tomato sauce and browned rice.
    Bring to a rolling boil. Turn heat down to low. Cover with lid.
    Cook for 20 minutes.
