Crab Delights Fettucini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. fettucini
    1/4 c. butter
    2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    1 c. half and half
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Louis Kemp Crab Delights, flakes or chunks
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Cook fettucini according to package directions, drain.
    Heat butter and garlic in skillet on medium until garlic is lightly browned.
    Add half and half, Crab Delights and pepper.
    Heat about 3 minutes, or until mixture just begins to bubble, stirring occasionally.
    Add Parmesan cheese; stir for 1 minute.
    Remove from heat.
    Toss Crab Delights sauce with fettuccini.
    Serve immediately with additional Parmesan cheese, if desired.
    Makes 4 (1 cup) servings.
