Hot Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 jalapeno peppers
1 medium onion
5 to 6 cloves garlic
1/3 c. cilantro leaves
1 (14 oz.) can Hunt's petite diced tomatoes
2 Tbsp. vinegar
salt to taste
Preparation

Devein and seed jalapenos. Set aside. Put peppers, onion, garlic and cilantro in food processor and chop well. Put tomatoes and vinegar in saucepan. Add chopped vegetables. Add jalapeno veins and seeds to desired hotness. (A little for mild or a lot for hot.) Add salt and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and cool to room temperature to serve.
