Sandy'S Sauerkraut Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (27 oz.) can sauerkraut
1 c. diced green pepper
1 c. diced celery
3/4 c. chopped onion
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Drain sauerkraut, rinse with cold water and drain thoroughly. Combine sauerkraut and green pepper, celery and onion in bowl. Combine remaining ingredients, stirring to dissolve sugar.
Pour over vegetables and mix.
Cover and chill for 4 hours or overnight.
Great on hot dogs!
