Apple Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. plain flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. white sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. Mazola oil
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. chopped Winesap apples
    1 c. pecans
Preparation
    Sift the first 5 ingredients together well until well mixed. Stir the oil, eggs and vanilla until mixed, then pour into dry ingredients; mix well. Add the apples and pecans and mix.
    Pour into oblong pan, approximately 9 x 16-inches, greased and floured, and bake 45 to 55 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
