Egg And Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. Jimmy Dean sausage
4 Tbsp. chopped onions
4 Tbsp. chopped bell pepper
6 eggs, whipped
1/2 c. sour cream

Preparation

Brown sausage, onions and bell pepper in heavy skillet; drain. Put 3/4 sausage in baking dish.
Combine eggs and sour cream. Season to taste.
Pour over sausage mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until eggs are semi-set.
Stir egg mixture and top with remaining sausage.
Bake until eggs are firm.
