Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. salad oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 small can crushed pineapple
2 Tbsp. grated orange rind
1 c. grated carrots
1/2 c. coconut
1 c. chopped walnuts
3 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Beat
together salad oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
Add pineapple,
grated
orange
rind,
grated carrots, coconut and chopped
walnuts.
Sift
together flour, soda, salt and cinnamon. Bake in well-greased and floured tube pan.
