Glazed Onions And Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. carrots, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch slices
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen whole white onions
    1/4 c. margarine
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Put carrots in large saucepan with 1 inch boiling water. Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
    Add onions.
    Cook 5 minutes longer or until tender.
    Drain.
    Then add to margarine, brown sugar, ginger and salt.
    Cook over medium heat until glazed, stirring frequently.
