Hawaiian Fruit Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. margarine or butter, melted
    1 1/2 c. mashed papaya or cantaloupe
    2 1/2 c. flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. 100% Bran cereal
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Blend in margarine and fruit pulp.
    Combine remaining ingredients.
    Stir into fruit mixture only until moistened.
    Fill greased or baking cup-lined muffin tins 3/4 full. Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven until golden (20 to 25 minutes).
    If desired, reheat before serving.
    Yields about 2 dozen.
