Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

3/4 c. unsalted butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 c. fresh breadcrumbs
2/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. kosher salt
1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
1 (3 1/2 lb.) chicken, cut into 10 pieces
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0. In a small saucepan, melt the butter with the garlic. Transfer to large bowl and let cool to room temperature. In large bowl, mix breadcrumbs, cheese, salt and pepper. Dip each chicken piece, one at a time, into melted garlic butter. Transfer to the breadcrumbs mix and turn to coat on all sides. Arrange chicken on flat cookie sheet. Drizzle remaining butter over chicken and bake until lightly browned, 50 to 60 minutes. Prep: 20 minutes. Cooking time: 1 hour.
