Clouds At Sunrise - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 egg whites
3/4 tsp. cream of tartar
3/4 c. chopped nuts
2 c. sugar
2 c. crushed soda crackers
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. whipped cream
1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Beat egg whites until fluffy. Add cream of tartar, then gradually add sugar. Beat until stiff. Fold in crushed crackers, nuts and vanilla. Spread in a well buttered 9 x 13-inch glass dish. Bake for 25 minutes.
