English Hamburg Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. cubed raw potatoes (layer one)
sliced onions (layer two)
3 lb. hamburg (I use less) (layer three)
green pepper, sliced (layer 4)
1 c. uncooked rice (layer 5)
1 can beef broth (layer 6)
1 can tomatoes (layer 7)
Preparation

Sprinkle thyme and basil between layers. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 to 3 hours or until rice is done.
