Crescent Chicken Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. chicken, cooked and cubed
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. milk
1 to 2 Tbsp. minced onion
1 (8 oz. roll) crescent rolls
3/4 c. crushed croutons or some Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. oleo, melted
1 to 2 Tbsp. pimento, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup or cream of celery soup
Preparation

Separate rolls into 4 rectangles and seal perforation.
Put 1/2 cup chicken mix on dough.
Roll over and seal or pull up corners together.
Brush with melted oleo.
Dip into crushed croutons or sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Heat soup with a little milk, spoon over puffs.
Bake on cookie sheet in 350\u00b0 oven until golden brown, about 20 to 25 minutes.
