Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self-rising corn meal
    2 eggs
    1 can creamed corn (8 3/4 oz. size)
    1 small chopped onion (optional)
    1/2 c. Wesson oil
    1 small carton sour cream (8 oz. size)
Preparation
    Stir all ingredients together; put in preheated and greased iron skillet.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Makes one medium size skillet.
