Soft Pretzels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 1/4 c. hot water (110~ to 115~)
    4 to 5 c. flour
    4 tsp. baking soda
    coarse salt
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water.
    Add flour and mix to make a stiff dough.
    Knead thoroughly.
    Place in greased bowl and turn, greased side up.
    Let rise in warm place 45 minutes.
