Spinach-Hash Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tsp. minced onion
1/4 c. milk
1 (15 oz.) corned beef hash (in can)
1 (16 oz.) can spinach, well drained or fresh
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease 9-inch pie plate with shortening or spray.
Mix onion and milk in small bowl.
Let stand 3 minutes. Spoon corned beef hash into prepared pie plate.
Spread evenly over bottom and sides to form a shell. Spoon spinach over hash. Beat together eggs, milk mixture, salt, pepper and nutmeg in a bowl.
Pour over spinach and mix together lightly. Bake, uncovered, 40 to 45 minutes or until custard is set. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
Makes 6 servings.
