Mango Chutney - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    25 green mangoes
    1 tsp. curry
    4 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 1/2 Tbsp. mixed spices
    4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. chopped almonds
    5 red hot peppers, chopped finely
    1/3 c. ginger
    1 lb. currants
    1 1/2 tsp. mustard
    1 lb. raisins
Preparation
    Put mangoes, onions, ginger, almonds and peppers which have been chopped finely and the rest of the ingredients into a pot and mix well.
    Cook for about 2 to 2 1/2 hours or until mangoes are cooked soft.
    Put into jars.
