Batter Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    3/4 pt. milk
    2 eggs
    1 3/4 pt. flour
    1 c. rolled oats or wheat
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Dissolve sugar and yeast in warm milk.
    Add beaten eggs to mixture and also butter.
    Sift flour and salt and add oats.
    Add gradually to liquids.
    Spread batter in greased pans and brush with melted butter.
    Let rise in pan for 1 hour before baking. Bake at 375\u00b0 until light brown in color.
