Chilled Cucumber Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pinch of white pepper
    4 drops Tabasco sauce
    juice of 1/2 lemon
    2 1/2 c. peeled, deseeded and chopped cucumbers
Preparation
    Put chicken broth and cucumbers in blender.
    Set blender on high speed for two minutes.
    Then add sour cream.
    Blend two more minutes at high speed.
    Season with salt, pepper, Tabasco sauce and lemon juice.
    Test for flavor; chill throughly before serving. Accompany with 1/2 cup finely diced cucumber as garnish.
    Yields four cups.
