Spinach Strata(Yields 24 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. bread cubes
    2 lb. chopped spinach, thawed and drained
    12 oz. onions, minced
    1 c. pimientos, chopped
    1 3/4 lb. American cheese, shredded
    8 oz. plain bread crumbs
    1 lb. 10 oz. eggs
    7 oz. nonfat dry milk powder
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. black pepper
    2 Tbsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Cover bottom of a greased steam table pan with bread cubes. Top (in order) with spinach, onions, pimientos, cheese and bread crumbs.
    Reserve.
