Blueberries In Maple Cream - cooking recipe

3 c. heavy cream
1/3 to 1/2 c. pure maple syrup
6 c. fresh blueberries
Preparation

Thoroughly blend the cream with the maple syrup.
The maple flavor should emerge as a subtle aftertaste.
Divide the berries into 1 cup portions and pour 1/2 cup of the maple cream over each. Serve in your prettiest crystal stemware or dessert dishes.
It is easy and will make a beautiful presentation and ending to your dinner party.
