Shoo-Fly Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. light brown sugar
1 c. flour
1 Tbsp. Crisco
1 egg
1 c. molasses
3/4 c. hot water
1 tsp. baking soda (in water)
Preparation

Mix sugar, flour and Crisco in bowl.
Take out 1/2 cup of mixture to put on top.
Add egg, molasses, hot water and soda. Pour in a pan, then sprinkle the 1/2 cup of mixture on top.
Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
