Mini Cheesecakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 vanilla wafers
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    1 can cherry pie filling
Preparation
    Line muffin tin with foil liners.
    Place one wafer in each liner.
    Mix cream cheese, vanilla and sugar on medium speed until well blended.
    Fill liners 3/4 full. Bake 25 minutes at 325\u00b0. Remove from pan when cool. Chill. Top with cherry pie filling. Other toppings such as nuts or chocolate may be used.
    Makes 10 to 12.
