Delmonico'S Deviled Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. butter (at room temperature)
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sweet paprika
1 chicken (3 1/2 to 4 lb.), well rinsed, patted dry and quartered
1/2 c. fine, dry bread crumbs
Preparation

Combine the butter, mustard, vinegar, salt and paprika in a small bowl.
Rub the mixture all over the chicken and under the skin without detaching it completely.
Refrigerate, covered, for 4 to 6 hours.
