Big Mama Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix flour and shortening.
    Pour milk in, stirring until all flour is moist.
    Knead gently and press out to 1/2-inch. Cut with biscuit cutter.
    Place on greased sheet.
    Brush with melted butter. Cook at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
