Spiced Pecans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg white
1 Tbsp. water
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 lb. pecans
Preparation

Whip egg white and water lightly with fork.
In another bowl, sift together the sugar, salt and cinnamon.
Stir the pecans in egg white mixture until thoroughly covered.
Add sugar mixture and stir.
Place on flat, greased pan and bake in a 225\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
Stir every 15 minutes.
Spread on wax paper until cool.
