German Egg Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    flour
    chicken or beef broth
Preparation
    Beat eggs with salt.
    Add enough flour to be able to knead dough.
    Roll on floured board until very thin.
    Dry and cut to desired width.
    Cook in boiling broth with lid on pot for 20 minutes.
    Be sure to have enough broth to cover noodles while cooking.
    Serves 4.
