Italian Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
    1/3 c. water
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. basil
    1 tsp. oregano leaves
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    5 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preparation
    In 12-inch skillet over medium-high, cook ground beef and onion about 10 minutes.
    Add spaghetti sauce, water, salt, basil, oregano leaves, sugar and pepper.
    Cook 2 minutes more to blend flavors.
    In a 13 x 9-inch pan, spoon 1/3 of meat mix; arrange 1/2 of potatoes on top.
    Repeat layering, ending with meat.
    Cover tightly with foil; bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Remove foil; sprinkle mixture evenly with Mozzarella cheese; bake 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
    Let stand 10 minutes for easier cutting.
