Pork Chop And Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    8 small squash
    2 bell peppers
    1 onion, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 small can tomato puree
    1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Brown pork chops in 1/4 cup oil. Remove pork chops from pan. Into the same oil, add sliced squash, chopped bell peppers, chopped onion along with salt and pepper. Cook until tender.
    Place vegetables into bottom of a large baking dish.
    Place pork chops on top.
    Pour small can of tomato puree over all the pork chops. Sprinkle with sugar.
    Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
