Coconut Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. Bisquick
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. soft butter
    1 c. coconut
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients except coconut for 3 minutes on low speed in blender.
    Pour into greased pie plate.
    Let stand for 5 minutes (when mixture separates).
    Sprinkle with coconut and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
