Refrigerator Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes
    1 c. sour cream
    2 tsp. onion salt
    3 oz. cream cheese
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Cook potatoes.
    Drain and mash.
    Add all ingredients and beat until fluffy.
    Cool.
    Place in greased casserole and dot with butter.
    Cover and refrigerate.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Can be made a day ahead.
