Impossible Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/4 c. margarine or butter
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. Bisquick
    4 eggs
    1 c. cream
    1 c. water
    1/3 c. coconut, grated (optional)
Preparation
    One recipe will fit into the blender.
    Blend all ingredients for 1 minute.
    Add coconut after blending.
    For a 9 x 13-inch pan you will need to double (make it twice) the recipe.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
