Mrs. Winklers Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. yeast, dissolved in 1 c. warm water
1 egg, beaten
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. cooking oil
3 c. self-rising flour
Preparation

Combine egg, sugar and oil.
Add to yeast and water mixture. Add 3 cups self-rising flour or enough to make a soft dough. Cover and let rise 1 hour.
Roll out dough and cut with biscuit cutter.
Dip each roll in melted butter and fold into pocketbook rolls.
Let rise 2 hours.
Bake in hot oven at 450\u00b0 for about 8 minutes or until done.
