Pea Business - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburg
    1 large onion
    4 medium potatoes
    1 bunch carrots
    1 can peas
Preparation
    Grease casserole and make a layer of hamburg using the whole pound.
    Salt and pepper well.
    Add a layer of sliced onion.
    Slice 2 potatoes and season.
    Add carrots and season.
    Pour in the peas, juice and all.
    Top with the remaining potatoes.
    Fill casserole half full with water and top with dabs of butter.
    Bake, covered, in a 375\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
