Salmon Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. drained canned salmon, flaked with bones removed
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
    1 tsp. instant minced onion or 1 Tbsp. finely chopped raw onion
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
    3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/3 c. chopped pecans or almonds
    1/4 tsp. liquid smoke (if desired)
Preparation
    Combine all except nuts and parsley.
    Refrigerate 4 hours. Combine nuts and parsley on waxed paper.
    Shape salmon mixture into ball and roll in nut mixture.
    Serve with a variety of crackers.
