Riz Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 c. lukewarm buttermilk
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1/3 c. shortening
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in buttermilk.
    Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
    Roll out and cut.
    Place on greased pan and allow to rise for 1 hour.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 to 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
