Wild Rice And Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. wild rice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 lb. bulk sausage meat
1/4 lb. mushrooms
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
-
Wash rice; add to 1 quart boiling salted water.
Do not stir. Cook, covered, for 40 minutes or until rice is fluffy and the liquid is all absorbed.
Mash sausage meat and fry for 15 minutes. Pour off and discard fat.
Add sausage to the rice.
