Oil And Vinegar Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 c. flour
    3 c. sugar
    3/4 c. cocoa
    3 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 c. salad oil
    3 tsp. vanilla
    3 tsp. baking soda
    3 c. cold water
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine ingredients; mix well.
    Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    You may have enough batter for some cupcakes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or maybe longer.
