Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. mashed bananas
1 c. coconut
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
1 tsp. soda
1 small can crushed pineapple
Preparation

Cream sugar and eggs.
Add oil, salt, soda and cinnamon.
Add bananas, coconut and pecans.
Bake in layers or in Bundt pan at 325\u00b0 for 60 to 75 minutes, 30 to 35 minutes for layers.
