Barbecue Sauce Or Marinade - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. catsup
2 Tbsp. oil
2 Tbsp. white vinegar
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/8 tsp. dried thyme
1/8 tsp. dried marjoram
1 clove crushed garlic
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1/4 c. dry red wine
1 Tbsp. prepared steak sauce
Preparation

Combine ingredients in order listed in medium mixing bowl. For use as a marinade, marinate meats of 1 to 2-inch thickness for 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 hours at room temperature, turning once.
For use as a barbecue sauce, brush meats or poultry frequently with this sauce during the cooking time.
This sauce may be stored 1 week in a covered jar in the refrigerator.
