Grand Marnier Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. Grand Marnier
    3 egg yolks
    1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 c. whipping cream
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine egg yolks, sugar and salt in a small saucepan and mix well.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, 2 to 3 minutes or until sugar dissolves.
    Remove from heat, stir in Grand Marnier and let cool.
    Beat whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
    Fold in Grand Marnier mixture.
    Cover and chill 1 to 2 hours.
    Serve with fresh fruit.
    Yields 2 1/2 cups.
