Wassail Bowl - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. apple cider or juice
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 cinnamon stick
    1/4 c. honey
    1 tsp. grated lemon rind
    2 1/4 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
Preparation
    In a large saucepan, bring cider and cinnamon stick to boil; reduce heat, cover and simmer 5 minutes.
    Stir in remaining ingredients (except garnish) and simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes longer.
    Garnish with clove-studded orange slices floating on top. Serve warm with individual cinnamon sticks.
