Italian Sausage Sandwich - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. Italian sausages
1/2 onion, chopped
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. dried red pepper
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
2 c. Mozzarella cheese
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 Tbsp. chopped garlic
1 tsp. seasoned pepper
1 tsp. fennel seed
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can pizza sauce
Preparation

Brown sausage, green pepper and onion.
Drain.
Add seasonings and pizza sauce.
Cook 1/2 hour.
Add 1/2 cheese.
Spoon in Hoagie buns.
Wrap in foil and bake on a cookie sheet 15 minutes at 400\u00b0.
