Salami - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger
    1 c. water
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. mustard seed
    1 Tbsp. Liquid Smoke
    3 Tbsp. Morton tender quick salt
    1 tsp. peppercorns
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Roll 12 inches long in foil, shiny side out.
    Refrigerate 24 hours before baking.
    Poke holes in bottom of foil and bake on rack with water underneath 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0.
