Yellow Cake Or 2 Jelly Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. egg yolks
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. hot water
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. cake flour
    4 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. lemon and orange juice
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks until very light and lemon colored; beat in sugar gradually.
    Add water (hot), beating constantly.
    Sift baking powder, flour and salt and beat into egg mixture.
    Bake in 3 well-greased layer cake pans at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes or make 2 jelly rolls.
